At MERIT PLUS, her primary responsibility and area of expertise is psychology and special education, with a particular focus on supporting children with learning difficulties and helping them develop academically, emotionally, socially, and behaviourally.
With her background in psychology and education, Vinita combines psychological understanding, educational practices, behavioural observation, and individualized learning approaches to support children with different learning needs.
She believes that every child has unique abilities and that the right educational environment, guidance, encouragement, and support can help a child reach their potential.
Vinita will lead the Special Education and Child Development initiatives at MERIT PLUS, working closely with children, parents, educators, and institutions.
Her approach emphasizes understanding how each child learns, communicates, behaves, and responds to different learning environments, rather than applying the same method to every child.
Every child has unique abilities and deserves the right support to reach their potential.
Vinita will be an important part of the Psychology and Special Education vertical at MERIT PLUS, with particular responsibility for developing and supporting programmes related to children with learning difficulties, educational psychology, parent guidance, psychological surveys, and inclusive education.
Vinita also has experience in psychological surveys, behavioural research, data collection, and analysis.
Her research-oriented approach supports MERIT PLUS in developing psychology and education programmes based on systematic observation, information gathering, and evidence-informed practices.
Her work reflects the belief that education becomes more meaningful when it recognizes the individual needs, abilities, behaviour, and emotional world of every learner.
To help every learner receive the understanding, educational support, psychological guidance, and encouragement they need to learn, develop confidence, and reach their potential.
